CONTACT INACTIVE CUSTOMERS

Go through your customer list and get in touch with some of the great customers you have not heard from in a while.

This is so easy – and it really works! It never fails to generate sales and create good feelings. One of my clients in the food service industry spent an afternoon calling about fifteen inactive customers and she immediately lined up three fairly big jobs. It’s almost like found money!

Make a call, blast an e-mail, send a card, send smoke signals if you want to…just make that contact and let them know you’re still around and eager for their business. Grab your rolodex and give this one a try.
